Depending on which program you pick, our rates range from $137 to $200 a month. Most of our members fall somewhere in the middle.

What day or class should I start on?

It really doesn’t matter what day you start. More important than what day or class you start on, is that if you’re just starting out, don’t try to be a hero and overdue it – Don’t worry, we will be there to support you every step of the way.

Come about 10-15 minutes early so we can get you ready for your first workout. Once you get our intro deal, we will email you our liability waiver so you can fill it out online and save some time.

What should I wear?

Just wear regular workout clothes, there’s no special dress code. One thing I would recommend is the right shoes. I highly recommend “training” shoes because unlike running shoes, they have a pretty flat tread. This will make is a lot less difficult to have proper form.

What should I bring?

All you need is a workout towel. You can also being a water bottle if you want to.

What should I eat before a workout?

Some people prefer to workout on an empty stomach. I recommend, at least while you are getting acclimated to the program, having an apple about 15 minutes before you workout. Apples, being a medium glycemic food, will help stabilize your blood sugar during a workout.

Do you track my progress?

We have an FDA approved highly sophisticated body composition scanner called the EVOLT 360 (similar to the INBODY) that provides detailed date through more than 40 measurements in just 60 seconds. Our members get free monthly body scans so they can chart their progress and we can help make any necessary adjustments.
